Adding these running boards to your truck is gonna allow you to get in and outta your truck easily. A lot of people will add running boards, for other people to get in and outta your truck. I know me personally, I don't need a set of running boards, because I can get in and outta my truck just fine. But a lot of people that ride with me need help getting in and out of the cab. more

Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Westin PRO TRAXX Nerf Bars on our 2019 Ram 1500. Before I go into anything else, I just think that these look really really good on this Ram. I don't know if it's just maybe the color combo with this Ram, but it definitely does add to the looks of it. And that's kind of why I get running boards, but also it's to help you get in and out of your vehicle. This one isn't lifted, but it does have some knobby tires. It's a little bit bigger. more

Today on our 2019 Ram 1500, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Westin R5 M-Series, Wheel-to-Wheel Nerf Bars. With trucks being higher and higher off the ground nowadays, these are going to be especially useful for people with mobility issues or even kids. And they're going to help keep your seat in better condition as well, because you won't have to kind of slide on the side of it just to put your feet onto the ground. Not only are the running boards going to give us a solid and safe place to step while we're getting in and out of the truck, they're also going to be there to allow us to do some things you wouldn't normally think about. For example, a place to knock that snow or mud off of your boots, and they're going to look good and give a touch of style to the Ram, in my opinion too.Now, one of the things that really separates these running boards from some of the others is that these are going to be full length. Now, they're also available in stainless steel, part number DZ372253.So, here's what are DeeZee steps look like when they're fully installed, and not only are they going to give our truck a stylish look, but they're also going to serve the purpose to help us get in and out of our truck with confidence. We're going to have 3" wide round bars with a molded plastic tread that's going to make sure that we have a secure footing, whether we're getting in or out of our truck. Our bars are going to feature a black powder coat finish, which is not only going to blend well with the factory trim on your truck, but is also going to complement any color.Now, on each end of the bar, it's going to have a mandrel bend, which means it's going to have that structural integrity but also give us that stylish look where it kind of goes underneath the cab instead of just stopping and hanging out back here. Now our tube steps are also available in a gloss black finish as part number: DZ372231.First glance it's a good match to the truck. I like how the finish of the stainless steel actually matches up really close to the bumpers, I believe. So not matter what color of your truck, you can have the same chrome bumpers. Westin Oval Nerf Bars Installation - 2010 Ram 1500- Video
Today on our 2010 Ram 1500 Quad Cab, we're going to be taking a look at and installing the Westin Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars. Part number 24-54310. The biggest benefit that these tube steps are going to bring your truck, is that it's going to make it easier to get in and out, because the step won't be quite as high. The best feature about these nerf bars is that it gives you wheel to wheel coverage. What's nice about the wheel to wheel coverage is that it gives you three steps. One for each door, and then one for easy access into the bed. The nerf bar is four inches wide, and on the surface of each foot pad here it's three inches wide. It's got a nice textured surface, along with the Westin logo up here. more

Today in our 2016 Ram 1500 quad cab we're going to take a look at and also we're going to be showing you how to install the DZ Oval Tube step. These offer a custom installation kit, they're 6 inches wide with a powder coat finish. Part number is DZ16121-16336. So here are what our running boards are going to look like installed on the truck and they're in a straight design. These are 86 inches long so it's going to cover the full length of our cab. As you can see these steps are really great for added stability. more

Today on our 2015 Ram 1500 we're going to do a review and install of the Dee Zee tube step running board, part number DZ372251. Getting in and out of your truck is nice and easy with the Sure-Grip step. Here's what our tube step will look like once installed. This is our 3"-wide round tube step. It also has the black plastic molded tread here for both the front and rear door. This will make it easier getting in and out of your pickup. Westin Oval Nerf Bars Installation - 2015 Ram 1500- Video
Today on our 2015 Ram 1500, we'll be installing the Westin Tube Steps, part number 24-54310. This is on our crew cab model. Here's what our tube step will look like once it's installed. As you can see, it's a oval design and extends all the way from wheel well to wheel well. It has a total of 3 foot pads, one for each door, and one for the rear extension for reaching into the front of your pickup bed. Not only do we have a nice chrome finish on our tube step, but we also have our 3 attachment brackets, which is a solid steel construction with a nice powder coated finish. more

Carr Hoop II Custom Fit Side Steps Installation - 2012 Ram 1500- Video
Today on our 2012 Ram 1500 we're going to be installing the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps. These are the Hoop II. The 7" studs may come as a pair. Part number is CARR105771. Here's what the step is going to look like once you get it installed on your vehicle. As you can see it complements the vehicle nicely, really nice smooth edge and an extremely grippy top section here so you're going to get really good traction when getting on and off. It's a nice light weight anodized aluminum, or a coated aluminum. more

DeeZee Round Nerf Bar Installation - 2014 Ram 1500- Video
Today on our 2014 Ram 1500 we'll be installing the Dee Zee Nerf Bar part number DZ372253. To begin our install, we'll first go to the passenger side on the inner rocker panel and locate our front attachment points. These are holes that are predrilled into the rocker panel and covered up with tape. We'll go ahead and remove the tape over the front two oval holes. Starting with the front oval hole, we'll install a 12 by 40 millimeter bolt plate securing it with a plastic retainer. The plastic retainer will help hold it in position while we install the bracket. Next we'll install the 12 millimeter by 35 millimeter bolt plate. more

All right, today on this 2014 RAM 1500, we're going to install part number NB-1215x. This is the Bully Nerf Bars, Polished Stainless Steel in 3-inch Diameter. To start off our install, we're going to have all parts laid out. It makes it a little easier to install our nerf bars.
